Name:
Charlotte "Lotte" Rosie Blue.
Age:
Eighteen.
Country of Birth:
England.
Country of Residence:
England.
Languages Spoken:
English, Spanish, a little bit of Somali.
Personality:
Capable, dominating, and deadly, Lotte isn't afraid to claim what's not hers as the self-appointed "Queen of the Seven Seas." Lotte is mostly driven on whim and desire of the current wish she has. While it doesn't happen often, the "Pirate Queen" is capable of civil matters and does enjoy making allies, as she know she's going to need them in the uncharted territory that is the Poco Ball Run land race.
History:
Charlotte Rosie Blue was born in Ivy Blue and her husband Redd White Blue in East End, London. Her family was the usual layout for working class Londoners: Her Mother was a tailor, her Father was a sailor, she had two older brothers and three younger sisters. One of which was never not any ill-er. When she was of School Age, she attended the same school as all other East End Londoners for about two years. The Blue Family had to pull their children from school after a freak sailing accident left Redd White without the capability to properly sail his ship, the Twenty Pilots. Feeling the responsibility their family had tasked them with, the elder Blue kids had taken up ownership of the T.P. and began sailing professionally, with Lotte taking up the Captain position after a long and heated argument between her two brothers. While on a voyage of the coast of Somalia for a package run, the T.P. was assailed by a group of pirates who searched for goods and money. The Pilots crew was taken one by one to the cargohold to be locked up while the Pirates searched for treasures. One of Lotte's brothers had taken a swing at the Captain, leading to him getting shot to death. With the first emergence of her Stand, Vampire Weekend, Lotte fused the Captain to the T.P. and imprisoned him in the helm. In fear, the Somali Pirates laid down their arms and submit to Lotte, thus kickstarting her career into Piracy on the high seas. The income through illegal means was high, but it wasn't enough for her. Thankfully, Lotte soon heard of a 500 Billion Dollar race across the world. A land race, unfortunately. But she wasn't one to look at the odds against her. She ordered a light and speedy Motorcycle to carry her quickly through the race and dubbed it a new ship. Her own Twenty One Pilots.
Notable Skills:
Expert Sailor, Expert Captain, Survivalist, somewhat of a decent Gambler and Liar.
Notable Weaknesses:
Not entirely used to driving on land, very full of herself, her life as a criminal has made her quite dishonorable.
Important Items:
A Union Jack flag memento, a Gold Coin necklace, and an ornately engraved pistol known as the Scarlet Begonia.
Appearance:
Lotte is a young adult woman, moderately tall at 5'6" with seemingly pink irises and hair and eyebrows permanently dyed green from the algae that had caught in for a long time, often tied up in a . Her attire is a mixture of both the Golden Age of Piracy and the 1980s, as she dresses in a loose, dingy white button-up shirt with the sleeves rolled up and a pair of grey denim-like pants tucked into bright green slip-on leather boots. Often times, she wears a long coat made of a light purple cloth that ruffles at the tail.
STAND PROFILE
Name:
Vampire Weekend.
Ability:
In short, Vampire Weekend's power is fusing. It has the power to merge one object or person, (or parts of an object or person) into another. It can merge bigger things into smaller things, Like a table into a blade of grass, or a car into an orange. It will appear the two objects are joining by jigsaw style joints when joined together, or in the process of merging. Since the object being merged into something is not ‘entering’ the object its being put in, but becoming part of it, the object inside can be taken out from any part of the object it’s been put in, Different parts of an object can emerge from different parts of the object it’s been put in, even if it doesn’t make any physical sense.
To make more sense, say Vampire Weekend put a box in one end of a metal pole, the pole doesn’t appear to have any physical alterations when the box is fully merged into it, and can be hidden there indefinitely. Or say Vampire Weekend puts it in, to transfer it up the pole, its top half can be put in the bottom and emerge from the top instantaneously, or perhaps the side of the pole. Or if someone had their hand put in, Vampire Weekend could have there fingers emerge from completely different points of the pole, and remove the hand without any damage. When a human is merged (even partially) with an object by Vampire Weekend, they can ‘sense’ with the object, if merged with another living being, both merged beings share the senses. This can be used by its user to detect incoming attacks by merging their foot with the ground and feeling incoming footprints, or to cause pain by merging one end of a stick with someone, and breaking the other end. when someone is merged entirely with an inanimate object they can hear and see from it, even if it doesn’t have any eyes or ears, but they cannot communicate. If an object is broken with another object merged inside, the merged part or object will take damage as well.

Appearance: Vampire Weekend's most notable feature is that its body is comprised of almost entirely Jigsaw pieces that remain always moving, like a certain other Stand. Vampire Weekend has a very thin, but tall build and voided black eyes with tall, straight horns like that of a Gazelle. In one of V.W's eyes, there is a crossbones-like emblem that functions as its only working eye. On a fair share of the pieces of V.W's body, there is a green and white pattern that creates stripes around its chest and arms. A very long coat-like piece of attire and algae green boots adorn V.W's body, both very tattered and worn.
