Name: Seven Seas
Ability: Seven Seas allows its user to transform water into a "gateway" to another dimension, filled with creatures, physics and laws different from those of our dimension. This means that if someone steps in water transformed by Seven Seas, no matter how deep it is, they or any body parts that step in the water will essentially "fall" like in a bottomless pit and be transported to the alternate dimension. After that the victim will probably be killed and eaten by the creatures in that dimension, or go insane from the knowledge of the laws within. Water can also be launched at foes in order to transport parts of the enemy's body in the dimension, essentially making water a deadly weapon since the user could erase his foes by splashing them.
The user can also control a mysterious creature that lives in the alternate dimension which could be considered his Stand. This creature can't be summoned like Stands, but half of its body or its body parts can erupt from any surface of water in order to grab foes and drag them to the abyss below.

While arrogant however, he's also a coward who begs for forgiveness when confronted by an enemy stronger than him, but laughs in their face if they are weaker than him or in a losing position.
History: Derrick was born in a carefree family that generally let him do what he wanted, causing him to become a spoiled brat in a few years. During this time Derrick would constantly boast about his gifts and think about everyone as inferior to him. His classmates in school were also terrified of him because he bullied them, but lied to his parents and his teachers about it thanks to his excellent grades. One day however, a young boy insulted him, telling him that he didn't have any true friends to rely on. Derrick violently beat him and said that the boy fell down a flight of stairs, causing his injures, but deep inside he thought deeply about the boy's words and realized that they were quite true. Angered about the fact that he had no real friends, he had a nervous breakdown that caused him to stay at home for three days, awakening his Stand.
Derrick eventually went to college, but abandoned it and dedicated his life to heists, succeeding thanks to his Stand. He was then found by Dave who paid him in advance and offered him 100,000,000$ if he took care of a "problem" of his. Derrick quickly accepted, since cash was like his blood to him.
Notable Skills: Derrick is quite cunning and plans his attacks with precision, thinking carefully about what to do.

Ability: Red Mosquito takes the form of a small, almost microscopic mosquito that can inject a special venom to Non-Stand users. This venom does nothing on its own, but the Stand can drain the essence of any object it sucks beforehand. After sucking the essence of an object, the Stand can mix the essence with the venom and inject it on any living being, slowly transforming their body into the object absorbed. Derrick can decide how much the transformation affects the body. For example if he injects a man with a pot, he can make him become a full pot, or transform him into a monstrous, part-human part-pot creature. Derrick cannot control living beings affected by his Stand.

But when he is forced to fight, he can bravely do so, and willingly. History: Nick was born and raised in some small redneck town. His childhood was very rough, due to him being subjected to all kinds of abuse when he was young. When he developed his Stand ability, he managed to turn the tides against his abusers and get out of town. His travels across the country eventually lost him an arm and landed him a job as a bounty hunter, making his ability come in handy. Mecha Core: The actual stand itself appears to be a small circuit chip, round and about the size of a quarter. When it 'latches' onto anything metallic that is not based on a stand and therefore assumes it's form as the stand's own body. The stand itself is corporeal but transfers no damage to the user. When damage is dealt to the stand, parts of it's body begins to fall apart, until it devolves and shrinks. Depending on how much damage was sustained, more of it's body is stripped away, decreasing the weight of the stand. When the core is struck, the stand itself is defeated.
UPGRADE!!!: Upgrade^Brigade increases in strength as it builds itself up. From scrap metal derived from old telephone posts to the ruins of fellow racers. The stand does this by literally sticking bits and pieces into it's own body, easily bulking up as it begins to gain mass from simply attaching scrap pieces together. The pieces simply stay onto the stand itself, therefore lending a rather crude and ramshackle appearance about it. Despite how dilapitated the stand may appear, it operates like a machine it mimics. Anything metallic can be used to full extent by the stand: if it absorbed guns or sharp objects, it could be a part of the stand itself. If the stand user wishes for Upgrade^Brigade to operate as a washing machine it would operate with the efficiency of the microwave of the current scale it is on. Each 'upgrade' will depend on a certain weight limit of scrap metal attached to it. The strength of the Stand's Power, Speed and Durability increase accordingly with each level of upgrade.

Technolyze: Upgrade^Brigade can function as any one metallic appliance or tool at the command of the stand user. The effectiveness of the improvisation depends on the weight or level of the stand it currently is on. The object must have a modern-day counterpart and must be a valid household appliance: he cannot create a teleportation device or a nuclear bomb.

He has an incredibly bloated self ego, and he also hates foreigners, particularly American, Chinese and Russian foreigners. history: Haruomi Mukai is a fake persona adopted by Ryo Williams. Ryo was the child of an American naval officer and Japanese woman, and he was raised in the US in a relatively normal environment. However, the young boy was incredibly troubled by his mixed heritage, and the more he learned about his Japanese ancestry, the more he tried to distance himself from his Western roots and upbringing. As a teen, he made his way to Japan on his own to forge a new path in his life. He dedicated his life to mastery of the blade, and he became an incredibly skilled assassin for hire. The strength of his spirit naturally manifested itself as his stand around this time. However, he felt it's power was lacking, so he made his way across the countryside to find more powerful stand users that he could learn from. It was around this time he found the old man. An old man living by himself in the mountains introduced himself to Ryo as Haruomi Mukai. The old man told Ryo that he was looking for a successor, as he was the last of an ancient bloodline that could trace back to a family who served the emperor, many of his ancestors being samurai. With no next of kin, the dying old man was becoming desperate. Feeling pity for the old man, he readily gave himself to the man, and he learned everything he could about the blade from this old man. After the old man taught him everything he could, he revealed his stand, Samurai. Knowing that his time was done, he "gifted" Ryo with his stand in an odd ancient ritual involving an artifact with fateful power. The ritual was successful, but the old man died because of it. Ryo was moved by the old man's final gift to him, so he set off to live on in honor of the old man. It was around this time he began to live under the moniker Haruomi Mukai, and with this new name came a new story. He was the last of the true samurai, tracing his blood back to an ancient order of warriors to the Emperor. He fights with no thought of himself, only of the emperor and the glorious nation of Japan. Despite such lofty claims, however, Ryo is truly a ronin, a warrior without a cause. He hopes that his battles will inspire patriotism in the Japanese people, and stir them to become a great nation once more. However, for now, he is still only an assassin for hire. It's incredible length, nearly 100 centimeters, would mean it would normally break very easily, but Ryo's stand gives it amazing durability. Appearance : Ryo is of slightly above average height, with vaguely Japanese features. He ties up his black hair in a bun on top of his head, and he wears traditional Japanese garb, a grey hakama and black kimono. He can often be found with a smug grin on his face. Stand Name : 自問自答 Abilities - 侍爽やかな演奏 (Samurai Sawayakana Ensou) Samurai Live Performance Samurai is the ability gifted to Ryo by his late master. Should Ryo live by the seven virtues of Bushido, he gains total mastery of his sword. He can do impossible things such as extending it's reach by dozens of meters, letting it pass through solid objects, splitting itself into multiple blades, moving faster than the eye, and much much more. However, the stand which gives him this power also limits him quite a bit. He is unable to fight most of his opponents directly, which is where the second part of Samurai comes in. Assuming Ryo is acting under Bushido code, he also gains incredible defense against all attacks. many direct attacks have no effect on him, and stand powers are weakened considerably. One can bypass this incredible defense by challenging him to an honorable duel, which he must accept in order to keep Samurai active. - 自問自答 (Jimonjito) Ask Yourself The physical manifestation of Ryo's stand, does not benefit from Samurai in any way, and it does not have to follow Bushido code in the same way as Ryo. It's strength lies in it's ability to make precise cuts with it's thick Eastern blade., and it has natural armor that makes it hard to damage the stand or Ryo. Personality: calm, yet with a gloomy outlook on life. He never seems to smile or laugh, yet he doesn't seem particularly sad or angry. He simply shows no legitimate emotion, like a robot, thinking only of his own gain. He will do anything to attain his goals, although he isn't overt about it. He likes to trick others into doing his bidding, whether they realize it or not.
History: He has a very shady history, to say the least, and he won't reveal much about it. He has some sort of connection to the city of Kashmir, New York, but there's nothing concrete on what that connection actually is. It's possible that he's working for someone, but once again, there's nothing concrete. Finally, it seems that he's working with a certain goal in mind, but once again, there's nothing concrete as to what that goal could be. Nothing can be traced back to him, not even his name. It seems that John Reed is a pseudonym that he created, as there are no records of a "John Reed" ever existing. The man truly is an enigma. Your best bet is to assume everything he says is a lie until proven true.

Ability: Allows John to completely take over the mind of another, controlling their thoughts and actions to any degree he desires. However, oddly enough, he can only directly take over the minds of animals. Once he has taken over the mind of an animal, that animal can spread the effect of his stand by staying in the vicinity of other living things (including people), spreading like a virus. The more people under the effect of his stand, the weaker his control over each individual is. He can also weaken the effect of his stand to give the victim some semblance of control over themselves, making it more believable that they are working under their own volition.

He keeps work relations on a professional level and exudes an air of control; every action he took happened with acquire a desired effect. Years of exposure to the scum of the world has made Zevon into a cynical and jaded individual, eternally suspicious and unwilling to make long-term attachments. When working a contract has few conjunctions about kidnapping or other underhanded tactics to draw out a target, but even still maintains a rugged and somewhat obscured sense of honour: Honouring his word and seeing a contract through to the end, not attacking an unarmed opponent(unless it's the target),never killing or torturing for pleasure and preventing civilian casualties. Background: Raised on the mean streets of Chicago, Zevon Clearwater was born into a broken and loveless home. At age 12 he starting helping a bookkeeper attached to one of Chicago's most powerful mafia families; by age 14 he had made his bones(proven himself) and became an associate enforcer. By age 17 he began carving out a niche as a bounty hunter of sorts, tracking down debtors, rogue elements and enemies for a modest fee and the promise of a rising reputation. After three years he broke out on his own and over the span of ten years has become one of the most renowned bounty hunter's in the Americas; Clearwater is now posed to earn his biggest contract yet: 500,000,000 dollars, and all he has to do is take out a group of kids in some race...
Notable Strengths: Exceptional tracker and information gatherer, top-notch gunfighter and marksman, proficiency in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Knife fighting and a number of torture and interrogation techniques.
Notable Weaknesses: His one eye limits his vision and depth perception, intensely territorial, turns predator animals hostile and makes prey animals run, an enemy in the form of the hunter Kasabian.
Appearance: Zevon Clearwater stands at 6'7" and weighs in at 175 pounds of taught muscle. His hair and eyes are a rich black to match his tan skin. His outfit consists of a bolero hat, a black leather duster covering a tactical ballistic vest, lightweight tactical gloves and combat boots. An eyepatch covers his right eye and he perpetual exudes the feeling of a wolf on the hunt.

Hunter's Moon Type: Ability Stand Ability: Lycanthropy- Hunter's Moon gives Zevon Clearwater the ability to turn into a werewolf. Thus increases his physical attributes, gives him razor sharp claws and fangs and renders him immune to most forms of mundane injury. Furthermore, as an extension of Hunter's Moon's high Developmental Potential, Zevon has access to three additional forms: wolf, near-wolf, and near-human. Near-human increases physical attributes, near-wolf marginally increases speed, senses and significantly increases bite strength, and wolf form increases senses and speed.
The Drawbacks- Zevon's pure werewolf form is only available at night, and the other forms can only be maintained in the daytime for instances of 3 hours each followed by a 45 minute rest; the immunity towards damage does not extend to his other forms. Silver causes increased damage to him in his werewolf form, a stake or heavy strike to the heart incapacitates him for up to two minutes and if ripped out kills him, and wolfsbane causes irritation and damage if skin contact is made or it is ingested. Zevon enters into a berserker state in his werewolf form, attacking anything that moves and tearing it limb from limb. Evidently Stands, Hamon and Spin can do a modicum of damage to Zevon's werewolf form. Appearance: Hunter's Moon has no form- it is bound to Zevon. However each form has a unique appearance: Near-Human: gains six inches in height and and Zevon's body weight increases by 100%(all muscle). Profuse body hair, elongated canines and nails, sloped brow and guttural voice.
Werewolf: Height of over ten feet, body weight increased by 200%, coarse fur as black as night, long claws and pronounce fangs. Dark blue eyes and medium length, bushy tail. Long, apelike arms, can run on either two or four limbs.
Near-Wolf: Length of a little over seven feet and a height of 4'6"(from shoulder to front-paw). Looks like a pitch-black dire wolf; about as heavy as the werewolf(loose 50% of body weight) form but can only run on four legs.
Wolf: Black Great Plains Wolf with a length of 5'9" and a height of 3'3". Same weight as human form.

However, deep inside he is wicked, cunning and nihilistic, viewing life as a giant pen full of pigs that search for corn, like humans that desperately search for money and power. While intelligent however, Bane also behaves like a normal goat and can't stand the sight of grass, since he deeply enjoys grass and wants to eat as much as possible of it. History: Bane was born in Nigeria in a farm to breed the rare Nigerian Goat, a special kind of goat that many foreign people would buy due to its cuteness. Bane, however, was born as a common goat, disappointing his owners who expected a Nigerian one. During his stay at the farm he would be ridiculed and made fun of for his appearance and often beaten due to him disobeying his masters. One day however, a group of children would steal some goats from the farm, Bane included. Due to Bane's stupid look and the children's cruelty, Bane was tortured every day, as the children threw rocks at his eyes and hit his stomach with wooden sticks. Eventually Bane grew to resent his existence and his great hatred and contempt for the laws of the universe that kept him alive gave him his Stand. With his new power, Bane lured the children to a seemingly safe area where they would be devoured by a pack of lions. After that he fled and was found by Dave Navarro's organization after hearing of numerous villages being filled with corpses, caused by the goat's Stand. He was recruited by Navarro, who plans to use him in order to take care of his problems. Notable Skills: Is a goat. Notable Weaknesses: Likes everything that a goat does. Name: ImagineAbility: Imagine is a powerful, Long-range Stand that is unfortunately bound by a simple rule: Bane's victims must be asleep before it can take effect. While his victims are asleep, the Stand causes the victims to see themselves in their most beautiful and pleasurable dreams, but Bane can infiltrate this realm by implanting his consciousness into them. The victim then experiences about thirty minutes worth of time in the dream world, but then wakes up and finds out that only a split second has passed. That's because time in the dream world is slower than time in the real world, with a second in the real world being an hour in the dream world. The second effect of this Stand takes place once the victim wakes up. From now on, whenever the victim sees something they'll think about it and their thoughts will manifest as surreal dreams and perverse imagination in their head. These dreams will then appear outside, but be completely harmless. However, Bane can control the thoughts that go out, so he can lead a person to their death by making them imagine that a dangerous cliff leads to a beautiful castle and make their friends look like disgusting creatures. Even if the victim manages to survive the traps, the mental strain and fatigue caused by the constant stream of thoughts appearing and disappearing will cause them to have terrible nightmares at night, and during nightmares Bane is able to assault the victim with ease while they're asleep, giving him thirty minutes of time to kill them. I'm mainly just throwing some idea's in, feel free to comment on them for changes -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CHARACTER PROFILE Name: Zach Michel Age: 17 Country of Birth: ? Country of Residence: America Languages Spoken: English, Jibborish Personality: An extremely calm and handsome person, few things make him change his face, but who knows whats going on past that. He talks very matter-of-factly, but in still some sought of suave, and yet still monotone. Its almost robotic, but somehow still human. its like a man who is always just okay with everything. History: Who knows, its not like he'll say anything, who knows if he actually knows either. Its not like it particularly matters to the situation anyway. He has a goal... hes not sure exactly what it is, but he has one. In all honestly, hes just following what everyone else is doing, because hes innately following everyone else. Notable Skills: Besides his incredibly poker face, he also plays a mean game of word tennis if you where ever able to get him to. Notable Weaknesses: he doesnt really know anything about himself, nor his goals, nor whats going on, nor does he really care. also, he sucks at word tennis. well versed in the language of jibborish, and can interpret it somehow into exactly what you meant. Important Items: He has nothing but the clothes on his back really. Appearance: Extremely handsome, strangely so, you can tell he was well off since his clothes are extremely expensive purple striped suits. his hair forms a well coamed top with a small off the cuff fringe. his wrists have some cuts, so do his cuffs. his shoes are well worn but clearly expensive, and his socks where pink. but clearly he has no actual care for his apperance, just handsomeness residue from some time in the past. STAND PROFILE Name: Broken Hearted Savior Ability: This stand has the ability to effect the target with its sword, not by inflicting damage, but instead by changing someone psychologically. If the stand slashes the target in the head, the target will loose their train of thought and become confused, forgetting about what they where thinking about. If slashed instead in anywhere but the head, it stops the target from being able to feel the emotion they are currently feeling again. So if the target was angry at the user, but then was slashed by Brocken Hearted Savior, they can no longer feel anger. This stand is infact intagable so it can not be touched or blocked, and his attacks dont do any damage, and instead have one of the previously mentioned effects after the hit, so the only stand can only be destroyed by attacking the stand user without getting slashed. Type: Close Range Stand Power: E Speed: C Range: D Durability: A Precision: A Learning: D Appearance: A guardian angel above the user, extruding from the users back it has long wings that form a halo high above the users head. Arms are formed bellow the wings and beside the users shoulders. and a face can be seen if you where to see behind the wings. Quiet, and doesnt like to talk outside of her computer, but at the same time is surprisingly extroverted or atleast curious to talk to people. She'll come up to you, but then quietly ask you to contact her online. Online, she is rather nice, with maybe using a little to many emoticons and smilies. History: Grew up with a father who worked with computers and a mother of a similar fate. as it would happen, this is how her parents met. she was born and quickly put to computer devices, who where infact most of what in reality raised her. When she left her room at the age of 18, she found out her parents had infact been murdered 14 years prior and she simply didnt notice. Notable Skills: good with computers. Notable Weaknesses: bad with nearly everything else. Important Items: is covered in various computer devices, basically, most everything she has is A computer. she has a computer watch, a laptop, a smartphone, and several phone like computers plastered onto her clothes Appearance: surprisingly she is rather clean, and rather good looking. she wears a one-piece plastered in phone like computers and several smart watches down her hand. her hair is long and goes down her back, her figure is fairly chubby and her breasts are rather under-developed. Looking at her you would see a sense of gloom and an atmosphere that pusshes people away STAND PROFILE Name: OK Computer Ability: Can control computers or really anything with a computer chip. The stand can control one object at a time and even reprogram the imput/output of the device so that it would do something different when doing something then it is supposed to. To destroy the stand you would have to put it in a situation where it does not have a device to connect to, at whitch point it will instantly be destroyed along with the user. It also can not pass through living things, so if there is living things in the way, it can not access a computer. The stand has its own personality, that is rather stern and informative, it acts like an A.I. and tries to protect its user as best it can. the user can take control of the stand actively again if it concentrates though. Name: Destiny (Real name unknown) Age: 32 Country of Birth: Unknown Country of Residence: Unknown Languages Spoken: English, Latin, Italian Personality: Destiny is a megalomaniacal sociopath, believing himself to be an "agent of destiny", a pawn in a bigger game that humanity could never imagine. He believes destiny to be controlled by an omnipotent being, similar to God. But unlike others, he believes this God acts out of amusement and pleasure, driven by basic human impulses, and doesn't know the difference between right and wrong. Other than that, Destiny is quite polite while not fighting an enemy Stand user and enjoys mixing his Tarot deck while he has nothing to do. History: Not much is known about Destiny, only that he was an experienced fortune teller in Italy who would give cryptic remarks to those who asked to have their fortune tested. What he said was true however. One day though, a jolly mafia leader came to his shack and asked for a fortune. Destiny told him that his life was in danger and that something terrible would happen to him, while the leader laughed it off and spat on his face. A few days after that, the leader was mysteriously murdered and his remaining gang tracked down the fortune teller, believing him to have worked for a rival gang and that his fortune was merely a boast. They then seemingly killed him and tossed his body in a river where they dumped illegal chemicals. Destiny however survived, although he had changed for the worse. Even though his skin was scarred and burnt beyond recognition and he was unable to stand in direct sunlight without adequate clothing, he believed that his survival had been caused by Lady Luck herself and in those days, he started killing those who would "oppose destiny" with his new Stand, offering his services as a professional assassin. He was then recruited by Dave in order to take care of the more problematic racers in the Poco Ball Run. Notable Skills: Is able to decipher the meaning of the cards in the Major Tarot Arcana. Is a quite skilled fortune teller. Notable Weaknesses: Suffers from various mutations caused by the chemicals, causing his skin to appear black and vulnerable to sunlight. It's implied that he suffers from cancer due to the increased radiation he receives from the Sun. Important Items: Two 42 Major Arcana Tarot decks. Both decks contain 2 copies of each Major Arcana, from The Fool to The World. Appearance: Destiny always wears a large, white cloak around him, hiding his figure and his skin. He also wears pure white gloves and some sort of white veil around his head. The only visible part of his body is the small slit on his veil, enabling him to see. STAND PROFILE
Name: Tarot Woman
Ability: Tarot Woman is a very peculiar Stand, bound to both of Destiny's Tarot decks. The Stand activates once someone other than Destiny touches one of the two decks, be it willingly or unwillingly. After that event, Destiny and his target will be trapped within the confine of an invisible force field. This force field doesn't prevent the targets inside from trying to escape though, but if Destiny or his target attempts to leave the area, they will be targeted by a demonic, ghoulish figure that Destiny calls "Lady Luck". Lady Luck's first attack will do nothing and serves only as a warning, but her following attacks will take more from the one who attempted to leave, such as limbs or organs, until the target is dead. The force field is disabled once one of the two dies or is too fatigued to continue. While this is the first part of Tarot Woman's ability, the second part is far more sinister and complicated. The two decks are mixed and shuffled and one deck is given to the target, while the other is given to Destiny. Both decks have 42 cards each, containing copies of the Major Arcana. The two must then "fight" using these cards. At the start of the round, they will be allowed to draw five cards from their deck and a coin will be tossed to decide who goes first. The one who goes first will then draw a card and have six cards. Both people can only have six cards in their hand at once, and if they draw a seventh card, they must discard one of their cards. Then the main meat of the "game" starts. Each one will have at least 5 cards in their hand, each one of them describing a Major Arcana, such as The Chariot or The Hermit. These cards will be the main tool in defeating the opposing Stand user. These Tarot cards can be used in various ways, but only three can be used per turn, after which the turn passes to the opponent. The first way of using the Tarots is to directly attack the user with a potent divination from the cards. However, in order to attack with a Tarot card, the one using it must decide to assault the opponent in a way that "suits the card". For example, if I wanted to attack someone with The Fool card, I would need to think in my head about a beggar nearby assaulting my opponent, since the beggar could be considered a representation of The Fool. If I tried to kill my opponent with The Moon instead, I'd make it so a beach nearby released a violent tidal wave headed towards him, since water is affected by The Moon. This allows seemingly unlimited opportunities to kill your opponent, since at the start of the game, touching the cards will give you knowledge about the Tarot cards if you didn't know them already, and since their meanings are vague and up to interpretation, you can devise clever attacks against your opponent. Once you've declared an attack however, your opponent is able to use his Stand until the attack is over, giving him a chance to defend with his Stand, so you must be creative. Another weakness of the Tarots is the "Defensive Tarot Stance". Basically during your or the opponent's turn, you can each both place three, hidden cards on the floor. Once someone dares attack you with a Tarot, you can reveal one of those cards in order to nullify the opponent's attack, as long as your Arcana has a higher number than the opposing Arcana. Example: The Magician (1) attacks Justice (8) and loses, because Justice has a higher place in the Major Arcana. Also, if the defense is successful, you're allowed to attack your opponent with the Tarot that won, making defense important as offense. The match ends once one of the opponents is too fatigued to move or dies. Also, if one of the two people inside runs out of cards, they instantly die. Cheating in the game also incurs Lady Luck's wrath, making it prone to even harm Destiny himself. In the end, the only way to beat Destiny while inside the force field is to play his game and make sure that he suffers as much as possible in order to escape his Stand. Main Rules:
-The one who starts is determined by a coin toss. -The one who starts first cannot attack at all with his Tarots, but is allowed to place hidden cards. -Once the second turn occurs, both sides can attack when its their turn. -Each opponent can only use 3 actions per turn. That means that you can place 2 hidden cards and attack with 1 Tarot or attack with 2 Tarots and place 1 hidden card etc. -Once a Tarot has completed its attack, it is "destroyed" and its user is unable to use that card for the rest of the game. Copies of that card are still valid. -Cards that are hidden or that defended themselves from an attack aren't destroyed as long as the user doesn't make the defender attack the opponent during his turn. -Both opponents aren't allowed to check their decks during or before the duel. The decks are mixed and shuffled at the start. -Those who attempt to break the rules will be punished by Lady Luck. -One can use his or her Stand only during a Tarot attack. -You can only have 6 cards at once. If you have a 7th, you must discard one of your cards. -If you run out of cards, you die. -The one who has an impeccable mind and body that won't give up will win, unless they die due to fatal wounds. Power: E Speed: A Range: A Durability: E Precision: A Development Potential: A Appearance: Tarot Woman has no physical manifestation, except for the force field, but Lady Luck could be considered its Sub-Stand. Lady Luck looks like a ghoulish and emaciated figure covered with white veils and sporting a demonic and crude face, enough to shock anyone. Lady Luck is also invincible and always makes sure to punish those who break the rules. yes this is a parody of TCGs fuck you all
