ECH
BIG EDIT: The poll has been replaced with the two top options to allow for a more accurate choice.

Poll is locked, SNA won first, then was fairly tied by Psyker, and now two people have switched to The Last in Line. Unless someone admits to honestly changing their mind, SNA stays

Food for thought.
When we had the poll at it's first tie, it was four votes for The Last in Line, and four for Seven Nations Army. At that point, eight people had voted, until a ninth vote came and upset the balance, bringing SNA up to five, versus the four for TLIL. Nine people had voted by that time. Then Psyker came, and tied the process again, at our current number of voters, five against five, ten in total.
Now, one could make the arguement, that Seven Nations Army, in light of newer voters, never did actually win. It was always expected of the latter two voters to come and place their thoughts, so, in truth, we we're not waiting for nine people to vote, as it had been when Seven Nations Army had pulled ahead, we were waiting for ten. An election does not call a winner without first counting up all the ballots (Actually, yes they do, but it's never actually official until all the votes are counted.). Therefore, we can come to the conclusion, that the election would have ended when all the usual suspects had cast their ballots. Following with that, Seven Nations Army never officially won, but for a time, remained ahead.
When all the votes came through, we had a tie, that is what's important.
Then, in the face of a tie breaker, one of the side of SNA decided to recast their vote, and side with TLIL. In light of these recent events, it would make sense to see that with all the current votes cast, The Last in Line would have actually won if you count the votes of the ten users who voted in total. If a new voter comes in, and upsets the balance, we will account for it, but seeing as the poll is closed, and we are accepting no new votes, it seems like the winner has been decided.

Given that Kharn has an excellent point, even without my personal bias towards the Last in Line, I'll let Psyker have the final say.
