Cheeky bastard. Anyway, here are the four points I came up with about BMR.
-The Ratio between Slice of Life and Stand action/fighting is dwindling, now nearing somewhere around 8:2. As a slice of life Roleplay, it's not expected to have physical fights and hospital bound people every three pages, but the last few 50 to 100 pages has kept the Stand battles to a complete drain. As explained before, we know that's not what Jojo is all about, but I feel it's not being used enough.
-We have an under used villians thread. We've got (by my memory) the Magnificient Seven which looks like the big villians of the series, St. Jimmy and his adopted daughter(?), the Black Panther situation I'm working on, Bill Wyman's killers and a bunch of others that could even be used for side arcs with one or two characters (i.e Izzy and Joey vs. one of the Seven, Joan vs. a Risino, etc.), but instead we are focusing a lot on internal issues. Again, this is SOL so it gets a pass, but in tying in with the previous ratio argument it could be spaced out a little better in order to make the interaction of said internal problems that much more sweeter. I attribute this though to the other RPs (Planet Caravan, Last In Line), since we use those to get our dose of action while falling back on BMR to go "LULZ LETS TALK ABOUT BOWIE AND BLACK EYES AND ORGASMS".
-Characters getting off too easy for too many things, whether it be injuries (Izzy's eye, Mojo's recent hospitalization) or for things outside of fighting (Joan leaving the team, Eddie's kidnapping, anything involving Judi, etc.). Again, I'm all for quicker time spans but I don't think the consequences are matching the actions and end results. The thing about this point though is that depending on how harshly are actions are can quickly take away the fun from playing a SOL RP, so it should be touched on carefully.
-The original point of BMR has been lost. From my understanding it sounded like something akin to life about Outcasts, sometimes going up against the "successful" people. The first arc of BMR involving Snake Eyes (and to some extent, Voyner) had captured what I thought made BMR the ideal SOL RP, but it slowly started to drift away to that point, becoming less substantial over time.

As an RP about 197X greasers/punks there is nowhere near enough prep rivals.

Chocolate- a new enemy has arrived in town. He can create drugs out of confections- and nobody knows how far his tendrils run. He appears as an 'ally' to the preps, who are secretly loads in debt to him. If he dies or gets imprisoned, they can't get their fix, so they protect him, and he gives them what they want- what they need at this point. But he hasn't expanded yet because that would force him to show his hand. He just wants enough money to live comfortably- is that so bad? He's providing a service to the community, and the community pays him in turn.

Mista: This could be done well if given some thought. Maybe having them as small villians? Having them do pranks on the punks/greasers?
Dark: IMO, this solves things way too easily. Once you take care of that situation, it's almost as if the community (preps and all) will be kneeling before the people who saved them - in this case, the gang.

Yeah, it doesn't have to be anything too major, but I think it'd be fun to have greaser/prep confrontations/interactions

Does it really, though? It's not like he's the only one there. Some of the preps might have liked him- maybe he's a respected individual. Maybe the cupcakes can't be detected for drugs but have the same effect, like Samantha. He isn't be the only villain, but he is a villain... or at least he might be.

I for one think we need more Bowie.
I've basically said this to everyone but I've been reiterating forever so I decided I'd just put this down: The key thing that mostly everyone has agreed on is more outside conflict, and I will happily be supplying this outside conflict with my variety of arcs and enemy stand users. And thus, I accept my role as Forever GM

When I read the post I got the feeling of a major villain who took Kashmir by storm, which had a conclusion that would've put BMR somewhere it didn't intend to be. Ultimately, it's an interesting idea - but maybe I'm reading into it too much.

I will also admit, I had been creating characters for another villain that I wanted to introduce as a result of getting greedy.

I actually planned a lot ahead with Bill's villain list in order to add some fights while you guys were focused with RPing with your characters. I planned most of them in order to make Bill or any other guy fight them in order to write a few pages describing fights so that readers could feel pleased with the balance between SOL and Stand fights.
However due to family, school and timezone issues, I'm unable to RP with you guys most of the time except on Saturdays and Sundays so I'm not really able to continue much of Bill's plot or villain fights. Making part of the claim that no-one knows the fuck is Bill true.
I'm sorry.
